Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Our affiliates ship all orders within three business days. Tracking numbers, if available, will be automatically e-mailed on the day of the shipping to the e-mail address provided by the customer. Packages shipped by are not insured against loss or damage. One needs to verify the packet at the time of delivery
  • Shipping is done on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays
  • Shipping could be done through multiple shipping partners including Indian Post
  • Concern courier name, and tracking link if any will be provided to you through email with the tracking number after the shipping
  • Depending on the product availability, a few orders might take more than 4 to 5 days to ship. Customers will be contacted by e-mail / call if there is any such problem related to processing the order or shipping the product in time

Store Pickup Terms & Conditions

    1. Order Placement and Confirmation
      Orders can be placed online through our website. An order confirmation will be sent to your provided email address.
    2. Eligibility: Store pickup service is available only at our designated store location(s). Customers must be of legal age to pick up orders.
    3. Pickup Location and Hours
      Pickup location: as per the Vendor’s Store location.
      Pickup hours: Standard Office hours are subject to change.
    4. Pickup Window: 
      Orders will be available for pickup within 5 working days after confirmation. Please ensure timely pickup to avoid order cancellation.
    5. Verification and Identification: 
      You must provide a valid order confirmation email or order number.
      Government-issued photo identification must be presented upon pickup.
    6. Delegate Pickup
      You may designate someone else to pick up your order with prior written authorization.
      The designated person must provide their identification and order details.
    7. Order Changes and Cancellation
      Order changes or cancellations should be requested promptly.
      Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they are prepared for pickup.
    8. Inspection and Acceptance
      Please inspect your order at the store.
      Notify store staff immediately if you find any issues with your order.
    9. Return and Refund Policy
      No return or refund applies to in-store pickup orders onces inspected and picked-up.
    10. Late Pickup
      If an order is not picked up within  5 days of confirmation, it may be subject to cancellation.
    11. Liability
      We are not responsible for the condition or quality of products once it has been picked up.
    12. Privacy and Data Protection
      Customer information provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    13. Compliance with Laws
      Customers must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations when using our in-store pickup service.
    14. Changes to Terms and Conditions
      We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions as needed.
